This policy covers this website and messages you send to our public email address.
Information we receive
When you email us. We receive your email address, your name if provided, and anything you include in your message and attachments. Messages are delivered to and stored in our business email service, Google Workspace.
When you visit this website. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, the pages requested and the time of the request.
This website currently has no online forms and no user accounts. To contact us, please use email.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and our website code does not set cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies when its protections are applied to a request.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
- To communicate with you about a project or business relationship.
- To operate, maintain and secure this website.

How information is shared
Your inquiry and project information may be accessed by our authorized employees, contractors, and project collaborators when they need it to respond to you or deliver a project. They are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Service providers process information on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Google (business email). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Customer Projects and Business Collaboration
We do not routinely share website inquiry information with other businesses.
For specific customer projects, we may collaborate with other businesses, including businesses outside the United States, when requested by the customer or reasonably necessary for the project.
Such collaboration does not automatically involve sharing personal information. Where sharing is necessary, we will assess the purpose and scope, provide appropriate notice, obtain authorization where required by applicable law, implement appropriate safeguards, and limit the information shared to what is necessary for the project.
International Data Processing
EastSeeker is based in the United States. Website inquiries and our contact mailbox are handled by EastSeeker LLC personnel in the United States. Our service providers, Cloudflare and Google, may process information in other locations as part of their services. Collaboration outside the United States for specific customer projects is described in the section above.
How long we keep information
We keep emails and project information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including responding to you, managing our business relationship, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time, subject to any records we are required to keep.
Cloudflare and Google keep their own technical records under their own policies.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, access credentials or other sensitive account information by email.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have sent us by emailing contact@eastseeker.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
This website does not track visitors over time or across third-party websites, so it does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
